Health Insurance:
To protect clients’ privacy, confidentiality, & health information my practice is private pay only.  I am not in network with any insurance provider.  If you are interested in filing for out of network benefits with your insurance company,  I can provide you with a monthly receipt (known as a superbill) that you can submit to them for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
